We have some of the best chefs in the events business working for us. They are able to compose a menu that is exactly in keeping to the style and theme of our client’s needs and we have a list where every beverage has been carefully thought through to be exactly in keeping with the feel and spirit of your event.

Yet words and pictures never do food justice, so we host food and wine tastings for our clients so they can experience the creative and innovative menu they have selected and find how the wines they have chosen, match with the food

We are proud to invite guests so they have the opportunity to see the kitchens and our head office, before being taken to our tasting room, it is here that they will find a table with each piece of cutlery, plate and glass set meticulously in place. The linen, china, cutlery and stemware will be the same as what will be used for the event. We also have a large display cabinet that is home to many other plates, silverware and glasses and this enables us to make alternative suggestions if need be. We would like your event to be talked about long after the final nightcap. Therefore, it is these twists, quirks and little touches we discuss are what makes any event a cut above the rest.

Our kitchen team send up the food just how it will be presented and the chosen wine is poured, our guests can then taste their chosen dishes and sip the wine. Variations on plates and presentation of food can be discussed, but more often than not people just enjoy great food and drink.


We have presented dishes such as chicken and ham hock terrine wrapped in Parma ham with pickled girolles, asparagus spears and aioli, watercress soup with crab beignet and red pepper oil. Oversized individual mushroom ravioli with mushroom emulsion and mushroom foam, bitter apple sorbet, crisp skinned duck breast with confit duck ravioli, Grand Marnier sauce, sardelaise potato, fine beans with shallots and parsnip puree. Chocolate delice with macadamia chocolate cookie, warm chocolate shot, mascarpone cream and crumbs and for one of our old city clients a duo of angels and devils on horseback served as a savoury after the dessert.
